About Our Team

In the past seven years, we have established ourselves as a dream company to work with for many people in India. Our values, culture, safe work environment, inclusive mindsets, employee centricity, better pay scale, and our combined consistency in retaining each of these values, have helped us grow exponentially from a team of 2 in 2013 to 700 now, and the numbers are still increasing.

The fact that we have people from across different parts of the country and different age groups and cultural backgrounds working with us helps us prove that we practice what we preach.

Over these seven years of our inception, growth, and expansion, we have witnessed several stories of career transformation among our employees. The testimonies of people who joined at entry levels and have grown to secure positions at the levels of lead and managers give us the confidence to set higher benchmarks of employee focus each year.

Our secret to employee productivity and workplace success is our undying trust in people. We feel empowered to hold that holistic lens which makes us see our people’s top weaknesses and greatest strengths in the same spirit. And, more so, we choose to ride on their strengths while complementing their weaknesses.
