PMG Response to COVID-19

As the COVID-19 Pandemic continues to impact our daily lives, the health and well-being of our employees and clients is our top priority. To ensure the safety of our employees and teams, and the communities in which we work and live, PMG has instituted a work from home policy for employees in all offices.  We believe it is essential to do our part to help slow the spread of the disease in the near term.

PMG maintains a robust business continuity plan, and we are committed to delivering optimal revenue cycle management services to our clients without interruption. Providing exceptional service while ensuring our operations and technology continue to function as usual is critical to our mission. Our plan enables all day to day business functions of our organization to proceed without delay.

We will remain vigilant in monitoring the situation nationally, in our corporate locations, and our client locations. We have also postponed work-related travel indefinitely, pending a daily review of CDC and local health agency recommendations.

We are thankful for the relationships we have with our clients, partners, and employees and look forward to supporting you during this unique and challenging time.
