Q: I received a check from the insurance company made out to me/spouse. How do I use this to pay for my bill?

A: Sign the check over to the ambulance company and mail it to the address on your invoice. You also have the option to deposit the check from the insurance company into your account and then send full payment to us via check, money order, or credit card. In either case, please send a copy of your explanation of benefits from the insurance company, the tear-off portion of your invoice, and a check for any additional balance you may owe.

Q: I received a check from the insurance company, but it only covers a portion of my invoice. Will you accept this as payment in full?

If so, please CLICK HERE to submit your secondary insurance information, or call our toll-free number 1-(866)-624-0900 to submit your insurance information over the phone.
